Kato DE10
The DE10 is a long-serving diesel-hydraulic road switcher. Originaly used in both passenger and freight duties as a replacement for small steam engines on lightly-built branch lines, today it mainly serves in yard, maintenance and freight duties. This page illustrates Kato’s N-Scale models of the DE10, produced in both “Warm Region” and “Cold Region” versions. Also see the Kato DE10 DCC Conversion page for additional information.
